We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 worldwide. No promo code needed — it is applied automatically at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Molleon is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
Return Policy
30-Day Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Custom or modified items are not eligible for return.
- Sale items and promotional bundles are final sale unless otherwise stated.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@molleon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for domestic returns. A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.
